**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop high-quality architectural visualizations using Unreal Engine and Unity.

Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and create visual concepts accordingly.

Utilize 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting techniques to produce photo-realistic visuals.

Implement VR and AR solutions to enhance interactive architectural presentations.

Optimize 3D scenes for performance without compromising visual quality.

Keep up-to-date with the latest 3D visualization technologies and techniques.

Manage multiple projects from conception to completion within tight deadlines.

**Required Skills**:
Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Unity for real-time rendering.

Strong experience in architectural visualization (ArchViz).

Expertise in 3D modeling tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, or Maya.

Excellent skills in texturing, shading, and lighting.

Experience with photogrammetry and VR/AR technologies is a plus.

Ability to interpret and implement architectural plans and drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a 3D visualization role.

Portfolio showcasing recent projects in Unreal Engine, Unity, and architectural visualization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
