**About Us**:
Lekha Interiors is a leading interior design firm with 15 years of experience in delivering bespoke home and office interior solutions. We are known for our innovative designs, quality craftsmanship, and on-time delivery across Pondicherry and Chennai. We are looking for a talented 3D Designer to join our dynamic team and bring our design concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with interior designers and clients to understand project requirements and design concepts.
- Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and walkthroughs for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop detailed visualizations for space planning, furniture layouts, and material selections.
- Work with software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite for rendering and post-production.
- Ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with the company’s design standards.
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients, senior designers, and project managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology to deliver innovative solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer in the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting.
- Excellent understanding of textures, lighting, and materials to create realistic visuals.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
