**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of service by empathizing with customers and understanding their needs.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Resolve customer issues effectively by providing solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure first-call resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers about available features, benefits, and promotions.
- **Compliance and Quality**:
- Adhere to company policies, data protection guidelines, and quality standards.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call quality and resolution rates.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in a US customer service or voice process role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- **Technical**:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is desirable.
- **Education**:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
