Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one Spoken English tutoring sessions to students/Adults.
- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans.
- Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals.
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' educational development.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance student learning.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Spoken English tutor or in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of online education techniques and strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Gujrati is beneficial.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and child development principles.
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: 350.00 - 400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
