Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive one-on-one individual sessions online.
- Tailor your lessons to suit different learning styles and academic needs.
- Assist students with assignments, projects, and exam prep.
- Provide timely feedback and track student progress.
- Use engaging digital tools, presentations, and activities to bring lessons to life.
- Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive virtual learning space.
- Stay updated with the latest in the Australian curriculum and assessments.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Master’s degree in English Literature.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring students (preferably Grades 7 to 12).
- Prior experience working with edtech platforms or in online teaching/tutoring roles is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of English grammar, writing, literature, and comprehension.
- Clear and neutral spoken English (Applicants with strong South Indian MTI are discouraged).
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, whiteboards, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
