**Job Overview**:
The Site Technician is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our products and facilities. This role includes explaining product functionalities to clients, addressing and resolving their inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of site-related services. The Site Technician will work closely with the operations team to maintain a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Support**:

- Provide on-site technical support to clients, including configuration, and maintenance of products.
- Explain product functionalities and usage to clients, ensuring they understand how to operate the equipment or system effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, coordinating with the technical support team as necessary.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and concise explanations to clients regarding product features, maintenance schedules, and any issues encountered.
- Document client interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.
- **Facility Services**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure that all facilities are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, client interactions, and any issues resolved.
- Prepare reports on site operations, including maintenance schedules, and client feedback.
- Assist in the development of operational procedures and documentation to improve site management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or facility maintenance role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role requires regular on-site presence and may involve some travel between client locations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
