**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **solar project execution** from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Handle **project commissioning** and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform **site inspections** to ensure project readiness.
- Coordinate and perform **cabling work** as per project requirements.
- Conduct **liasoning** **work** with DISCOMs and relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with **metering and grid-connection processes**.
- Collaborate with the project design team to optimize system performance.
- Keep customers informed about project progress, technical aspects, and ensure a smooth experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **solar project management** and commissioning.
- In-depth experience in **meter liasoning work is co**mpulsory.
- Strong knowledge of **solar system design** and cabling.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and project stakeholders.
- Must have experience with **site inspections**.
- We are **not looking for installers**; this role requires technical oversight and project management experience.
