**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accompany the MD on official visits, meetings, and events.
- Assist in video editing and content creation for business presentations, promotions, and social media.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD.
- Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support.
**Requirements**:
- Passionate and enthusiastic about supporting business activities.
- Basic to advanced video editing skills (Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and be flexible with work hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
- Experience in content creation or media-related tasks is an advantage.
- A degree in Business Administration, Media, or a relevant field is a plus.
