
Field Sales Executive

**Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Industrial Lubrication Oil & Grease Distributor (2-3 Years Experience)**
**Location**: Bengaluru, India
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial lubrication oils and greases within the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s range of lubrication products to new and existing clients, including manufacturing plant and other industrial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OEMs, maintenance teams, and purchasing managers, to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs, providing feedback and insights to the sales manager for strategic planning.
- Provide technical support and consultative services to customers, offering product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance as required.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management, ensuring a transparent and data-driven approach to sales.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and expand professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery and excellent customer service.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor/Diploma degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the distribution of industrial lubrication oils and greases or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
