Become a vital part of our team as a Sales Executive, contributing to our sales efforts and client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make calls and Lead Generation then convert the leads into sales opportunities.
- Assist senior sales staff with daily tasks to support their activities.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Help prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Continuously learn and improve sales skills through training and development programs.
- Oversee the performance and efficiency of Sales Representatives.
- Set goals and quotas for sales teams, create training schedules, and maintain inventory of sales presentation tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team and monitor their performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
