We are looking for an enthusiastic **CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE**.

(**OUTBOUND SALES-ENGLISH TELECALLER**) to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent English communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Responsibility:

- Answer questions about Service and Company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Able to handle call & sales pressure and achieve the targets.

Criteria:

- Proven work experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. (Fresher are also eligible)
- Excellent communication skill in English & Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Shift Timing**:

- 9 am to 9pm (Window) (Rotational)
- Rotational 1 Week off

**PLI (Performance-Link Incentives):

- **A collective payout of the said PLI would be carried out after the end of every quarter of a calendar year exclusive of the regular salary disbursement and hence may not occur on the same day of regular salary disbursement wherein the evaluation of the performance would be conducted every month falling within the evaluating quarter. Applicability of this benefit prevails only for the individuals who are designated as Full Time Employees, Full Time Interns and Full Time Consultants of the company who are working from office only.
