Channel Sales Executive

We are looking for a **results-driven Business Developer** to join our team and take ownership of expanding our customer base through strategic channel partnerships. This role is focused on promoting and selling **enterprise software products** within the **domestic B2B market**, with an emphasis on driving revenue through a network of resellers, partners, and system integrators.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (resellers, integrators, consultants).
- Promote and demonstrate software solutions (HCM, ERP, CRM, VMS, etc.) through the channel network.
- Train and enable partners to effectively pitch and sell the products.
- Drive lead generation and deal closures in collaboration with channel partners.
- Maintain strong partner relationships to ensure active engagement and mutual growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, pre-sales, and marketing to support partner needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
- Provide regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Share partner and market feedback with internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in **software product sales** (HCM, ERP, CRM, VMS, etc.).
- **Experience in Channel Sales is mandatory**.
- Prior experience working with clients in **hospital, hospitality, or real estate** industries is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the **domestic (Indian) B2B market** and enterprise software landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
