**Job description**

Job summary:
The B2B **Sales Specialist **will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative selling approach. This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Willing to work in a BPO environment.
- Executive prospecting campaigns to source, contact and engage prospective customers interested in and evaluating client products.
- Develop and lead digital campaigns from idea generation through initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
- Achieve or exceed monthly Sales quota.

Minimum hiring qualifications:

- With strong sales / telemarketer experience
- Excellent English communication skills.
- At least one year business to business/corporate sales experience inbound and outbound.
- At least High School graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Amenable to work on flexible schedule. (Mostly Night Shifts).

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
