**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Parent Engagement & Communication**:

- Serve as the **primary point of contact** for parents regarding school policies, curriculum, events, and student progress.
- Respond to **parent inquiries, complaints, and concerns** in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct **orientation sessions, open houses, and parent workshops** to enhance engagement.

**2. Admissions & Enrollment Support**:

- Assist prospective parents in **understanding the admission process, fee structure, and curriculum offerings**.
- Guide parents through the **admission and documentation process** efficiently.
- Collaborate with the **admissions and marketing team** to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

**3. Parent Satisfaction & Retention**:

- Build and maintain **strong, long-term relationships** with parents.
- Monitor parent feedback and **identify areas for improvement** in school services.
- Work on **retention strategies** to ensure parent satisfaction and student continuity.
- Address any parent grievances promptly and escalate them when necessary.

**4. School Event Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate **parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities**.
- Encourage parent participation in **school functions, annual days, and workshops**.
- Provide necessary logístical and communication support for events.

**5. Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate **parent interaction records** and update databases regularly.
- Track parent satisfaction levels and prepare **monthly reports** for management.
- Assist in preparing **parent communication materials, newsletters, and circulars**.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
