**Positions in this function write and edit material for various organization publications, including but not limited to writing Standard Operating Procedure, Policy & Procedure & Process Instructions Documents. Will work in conjunction with external customers/business partners to understand and fulfill business requirement. These positions typically report into a Communications Supervisor & Manager.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Accurately update existing and/or create new business documentation/SOPs based on business partner requirements
- Communicate and work with business partner for clarification/sign-off on all documentation
- Publish/post documentation to appropriate repository
- Ability to convert documents to advance HTML templates
- Review & write documentation (SOP/PI’s) for clarity, content, and consistency with established department standards and ensure compliance with business rules
- Be able to maintain & create new complex documents with dynamic business requirements requiring advance HTML skills
- Key KRA will be Measurement & Evaluation of training, quality, processing speed and ability to work on complex & advance HTML documents
- Collaborate with Senior Documentation staff, leadership and/or business partners for instructions, guidance, or direction
- Focus on high quality output for all documentation efforts
- Auditing Quality for other team members, and share outcomes
- Initiate & Participates in innovation efforts to enhance end user experience/business efficiencies
- Proactively manage task assignments or documentation projects to due dates, and report status
- Project coordination of documentation efforts including communication with stakeholders
- Facilitate mid to large size documentation efforts
- Make recommendations for content/format improvements/optimization
- Perform research required to update/develop documentation
- Publish documentation according to established protocol
- Assist leadership with business issue resolution
- Meet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to delivery

**Required Qualifications**:
- Technical Skills:
- Advance level of technical writing experience required (Policy and Procedure Documentation or Standard Operating Procedures, User Manuals, etc.)
- Advance experience with HTML
- Experience of working in Grammarly Tool
- Basic skills for HTML5
- Basic skills for CSS Style Guide
- High proficiency in English Grammar
- MSWORD
- MSEXCEL
- VISIO
- MSPOWERPOINT
- Process Specific Skills:
- Advance knowledge of APA Writing Guidelines
- SOPs

- Soft Skills:

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- BA in English or other communications-based program
- Technical Communications/Writing Course
- Working experience in Dreamweaver software
- Instructional Writing experience
- Experience of working with US based clients
