Agricultural Worker

**Job Summary**: The Agricultural Worker is responsible for performing various tasks to support the cultivation and harvesting of crops and the care of livestock. This role involves operating machinery, maintaining farm infrastructure, and ensuring the overall health and productivity of the farm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Crop Cultivation**:
- Plant, irrigate, and monitor crops to promote healthy growth.
- Harvest and package produce efficiently and safely.
- **Livestock Care**:
- Feed, water, and monitor the health of animals.
- Clean and maintain animal housing areas.
- Assist with breeding and birthing processes as needed.
- **Equipment Operation and Maintenance**:
- Operate tractors, plows, and other farm machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- **Farm Maintenance**:
- Erect and repair fences, barns, and other structures.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure adequate water supply.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm premises.
- **Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to perform manual labour, including lifting Weight.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Capability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
