1. **Process Optimization**:

- Analyse and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. **Resource Management**:

- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

3. **Performance Monitoring**:

- Implement systems for real-time monitoring of production performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, address issues, and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.

4. **Compliance**:

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct internal audits and address any non-compliance issues.

5. **Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication between production teams, management, and other relevant departments.
- Provide regular updates on production performance and key metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production process control in a manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in gear manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
