As a Production Incharge in a corrugated box manufacturing unit, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of high-quality corrugated boxes. You will be accountable for coordinating with various teams, including machine operators, supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff, to achieve production targets while maintaining safety standards and product quality. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning: Develop production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Supervision: Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that manufactured boxes meet the required specifications and standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that production equipment is properly maintained and serviced to minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure continuity of production.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Reporting: Generate production reports and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Corrugated Box Manufacturing

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
