seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Executive to oversee operational activities for

projects across Tamil Nadu, with the operational base located in Tiruchirappalli.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute operational plans to support the implementation of projects

across Tamil Nadu, with a focus on Tiruchirappalli.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of operational activities with

project objectives and timelines.

2. Resource Management:

- Identify and allocate resources required for project operations, including personnel,

equipment, and materials, considering the needs of projects throughout Tamil Nadu.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary resources in a timely

and cost-effective manner.

3. Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

- Oversee logistics and supply chain activities to facilitate the movement of materials

and equipment to project sites across Tamil Nadu.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and distribution to support project

implementation.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to uphold operational standards and meet

project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure

compliance with established protocols.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks to operational activities and develop strategies to mitigate

them, considering the diverse geographic locations of projects in Tamil Nadu.
- Proactively address operational challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain

project continuity.

6. Communication and Reporting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, liaising between project

teams, stakeholders, and the base office in Tiruchirappalli.
- Provide regular updates on operational activities, progress, and challenges to ensure

transparency and accountability.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
