Junior Executive (Operations)

**Roles and Responsibility**:
 Processing of placed orders/ generating invoices
 Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, AWB, E-Way bills, etc., for ongoing shipments.
 Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoing goods
 Responding/In terartry to customer messages in e-commerce platforms.
 Coordinating with 3pl team to process the order on time.
 Coordinating with courier/ logistics partners to pickup/ Deliver the orders on time.
 Should be capable enough to close the provided tasks in the stipulated time.
 Placed orders to e dispatched not less than 24hrs of time.
 Maintaining 5s of the bay/area assign to them.

Basic requirements:
 any graduation
 Min 65% aggregate throughout the semester.
 Basic knowledge of the E-commerce platform.
 knowledge of MS Excel.
 Flexible to work at all times.
 English proficiency is a must.

Added advantages:
 Hindi languages.
 certification in MS Excel will be added advantage.
 knowledge of cities in zone wise/District wise

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,999.00 per month
