**Job description: Junior Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities **

Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).

Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner &

Develops MIS Reports to allow for smooth operations and easy data maintenance.

Medium Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint to Maintain the Operational

Reports and Management Reports. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the requirements and issues in

the core teams and bring it to the top management.

Conduct daily reviews with core team (Operational Level Teams) executives to assure

their daily routine processes and practices are followed.

Maintaining the employee performance data in high hygiene is the most responsible

functional area.

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory Skills**

o Good Communication in English.

o Minimum 6 Months Experience Required.

o Any under Graduate Degree.

o Microsoft tools knowledge such as MS Excel, PowerPoint.

**We are looking for a competent, self-motivated, and skilled person who can take ownership**

**of the role provided to them.**
