Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

and Google Ads, preferably within the gaming and real estate industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising

platforms. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends,

and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ad strategies that capture

attention and drive action.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns

simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work

collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new trends in digital

advertising.
