JD:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Test Environment Management (TEM) Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and reliability of test environments used by our software testing and quality assurance teams. You will play a critical role in supporting the test environment infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. **Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the health & performance of test environments, proactively identifying and addressing issues.

Collaborate with development and testing teams to understand environment requirements and provide timely solutions.

Respond to and resolve environment-related incidents and problems, ensuring mínimal disruption to testing activities.

Implement and enforce environment access controls and permissions.

Collaborate with the release and deployment teams to coordinate environment deployments and updates.

Maintain accurate documentation of environment configurations and changes.

Contribute to the improvement of test environment management processes and tools.

Participate in priority incident calls and address the issues

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years as support engineer in VM ware, Azure Devops, Middleware

Solid experience & knowledge in incident life cycle

Should have worked as technical support in production, dev and test environments in incidents.

Experience in L1, L2, L3 support levels, First line resolution on defects\incidents\RCA analysis

ITIL Foundation certified would be an advantage

SLA management & k nowledge on environment setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Familiarity with software development and testing processes.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
