About Company Fireflink is an AI-driven automation product company We build innovative solutions in Test Automation RPA and Cloud empowering enterprises with scriptless automation products With a strong presence across industries we serve 200 global customers driving efficiency and quality at scale Fireflink was born out of the deep industry experience and insights of Test Yantra a global leader in software testing and quality engineering With decades of working closely with enterprises across domains Test Yantra identified the challenges organizations face in accelerating digital transformation while maintaining speed quality and cost efficiency in testing What began as an idea within Test Yantra to overcome industry bottlenecks has today grown into a robust intelligent platform driving automation for businesses worldwide Start your automation journey here Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with a strong background in both manual and automation testing The ideal candidate will be hands-on with automation frameworks test design and execution while also capable of leading small to mid-sized testing teams and coordinating closely with global customers to ensure high-quality project delivery Roles Responsibilities o Lead the planning design and execution of automation strategies across multiple customer projects o Collaborate with global customers and internal teams to understand requirements define test objectives and deliver quality outcomes o Review test cases ensure adequate coverage and drive defect prevention through proactive quality measures o Mentor junior testers and support knowledge sharing within the team o Participate in project estimation status reporting and risk identification activities o Contribute to the setup and enhancement of test automation processes and best practices o Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the Automation CoE ACOE where applicable Required Skills Experience o 6-7 years of total testing experience with at least 3 years in automation leadership roles o Hands-on experience with Java Python Selenium framework design execution maintenance o Strong expertise in manual testing including test case design coverage analysis and execution o Exposure to API automation and CI CD integrations o Proven experience in managing small to medium test teams and ensuring timely quality deliverables o Experience working with global customers in a client-facing or delivery coordination role o Background in services or consulting environments preferred Good to have Exposure to Automation CoE ACOE initiatives or framework standardisation projects Why Join Us o Be part of a fast-growing SaaS product company that s redefining enterprise QA o Work with cutting-edge technologies in Automation AI and Cloud o Collaborate with global teams and customers across US Canada UK and India o Experience a culture that values innovation ownership and continuous learning o Access opportunities for career growth and leadership development o Contribute to impactful solutions that serve Fortune 500 enterprises worldwide
