About Position: We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in test automation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for ensuring software quality through robust testing strategies. Role: Automation Test Lead Location: Pune Experience: 4 to 6 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the automation testing strategy and execution across projects. Lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks. Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. Ensure continuous integration and delivery through tools like Jenkins. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation. Expertise You'll Bring: We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership skills to the table. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation. Proficiency in Java and Python for scripting and automation. Experience with TestNG and other testing frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test management tools. Experience in regression testing, performance testing, and SQL for database validation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and team management abilities.
