**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including targeting, ad copy, creative, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and targeting strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the Facebook advertising platform.
- Coordinate with other marketing channels to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a focus on Facebook advertising.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms is a plus.
