**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Planning & Strategy**:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies for driving traffic, sales, and customer acquisition on ecommerce platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- **Media Buying**:
- Plan, negotiate, and purchase digital ad inventory across multiple paid channels, including display, social media, search, and programmatic platforms, while optimizing the budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of media campaigns, from setup and testing to optimization and performance monitoring. Adjust bidding, targeting, and creative assets to drive better results.
- **A/B Testing & Optimization**:
- Continuously run A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages for improved conversion rates and ROI.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across channels. Monitor spend and pacing to ensure campaigns stay within budget and meet performance expectations.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Analyze performance data and generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- **Audience Segmentation & Targeting**:
- Identify and build detailed audience segments using demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to improve targeting and campaign performance.
- **Collaboration with Creative Team**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and optimizing for performance across platforms.
- **Competitor & Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- **Platform Expertise**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of key paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads) and their respective tools and features for optimizing campaigns.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a similar role within the ecommerce industry.
- Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook,, TikTok, etc.
- Strong experience with campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC.
- Excellent understanding of paid media channels, bid strategies, and targeting methods.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret performance, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
