We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch and Assembly Coordinator to oversee the assembly, quality control, and dispatch of products. This role involves managing PCB assembly, kit preparation for EMS vendors, quality control, programming boards, and coordinating internal teams and delivery associates to ensure smooth and timely operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**PCB Assembly**:Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) as per technical specifications and company guidelines.**Kit Preparation**:Create and organize kits to be sent to EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) vendors for production.**Quality Control (QC)**:Perform quality checks on assembled PCBs and kits before dispatch to ensure high standards of production.**Programming Boards**:Program boards with the required software/firmware to ensure functionality.**Dispatching**:Manage the packing, labeling, and dispatch of products to clients or other departments while coordinating logistics.**Team Coordination**:Work closely with internal teams such as production, QC, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.**Vendor Communication**:Communicate with EMS vendors for production updates, and ensure all necessary materials and instructions are provided.**Delivery Coordination**: Coordinate with delivery associates to ensure timely delivery of products to customers or partners.

**Requirements**:
- Experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing is preferred.- Basic knowledge of soldering and handling electronic components.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.- Familiarity with quality control processes.
