**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Efficiently process customer orders using Unicommerce software.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of badminton products.
- **Returns Processing**:

- Handle and process returned items.
- Conduct quality checks and restock items as per standard procedures.
- **Stock Management**:

- Oversee stock inward and stock audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in Unicommerce.
- **Courier Management**:

- Liaise with courier partners for timely handovers.
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays or damages.
- **Inbound and Outbound Logistics**:

- Coordinate inbound shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and storing products.
- Manage outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure quality standards are met for all outbound shipments.
- Implement measures to reduce errors in order fulfillment.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations.
- Analyze operational data for continuous improvement.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to legal regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
- Proficiency in using Unicommerce or similar inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

**Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: From ₹24,000.00 per month
