**Job Title**: Warehouse Operations Executive

As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, with a particular focus on optimizing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the smooth functioning of all ecommerce-related operations within the warehouse. Coordinate with the ecommerce team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and accurate inventory management.

2. Implement and maintain best practices for ecommerce operations, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.

3. Utilize your extensive network of contacts to arrange efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods to and from the warehouse. Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes, minimize transit times, and reduce transportation costs.

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements governing the transportation of goods.

5. Lead the recruitment, training, and onboarding of warehouse personnel, including laborers, supervisors, and support staff.

6. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide ongoing coaching and support to warehouse staff, addressing any performance issues or concerns in a timely manner.

7. Implement robust inventory control measures to accurately track and manage stock levels. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies or discrepancies.

8. Work closely with the inventory management team to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

9. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

10. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Strong network of contacts in the logistics and transportation industry, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms and arrangements.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of warehouse personnel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹11,526.44 - ₹33,390.44 per month
