Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our team at Babai Tiffins LLP. As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a critical role in managing our inventory, ensuring that all items are picked, packed, and stored correctly, and supporting efficient logistics operations. This role is key to ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods, contributing to our commitment to deliver quality products.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:
Handle incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping and stock management.

Maintain optimal stock levels, preventing shortages or excesses.

Regularly conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.

**Picking & Packing**:
Accurately pick and pack orders as per requirements, ensuring goods are secure and prepared for shipping.

Follow packing standards to maintain product quality during transport.

**Warehouse Operations**:
Organize the warehouse for efficient access to products and smooth workflow.

Ensure that all safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Assist in the unloading, sorting, and placing of stock in designated areas.

**Logistics Support**:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

Collaborate with logistics partners and manage any issues that arise during transit.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Prior experience in warehouse management or similar roles

Proficiency with inventory management software

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Effective communication skills for smooth coordination across teams

**Additional Requirements**:
Experience in the FMCG, packaging, or perishable goods sector is preferred

Must be willing to relocate to the warehouse location

Flexibility to work in shifts (early morning, day, or night shifts)

**Compensation**:
Total in-hand (TH) salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
