**Job Overview**:
As a Tele calling Executive for Lakhotia College of Design's Admission Management Team, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential students and guiding them through the admission process. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with detailed information about the college's programs, addressing their queries, and assisting them in completing the admission procedure. Your communication skills and persuasive abilities will be vital in attracting talented individuals to join our institution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in Lakhotia College of Design.
- Provide detailed information about the college's various design programs, admission requirements, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and placement opportunities.
- Address any concerns or queries raised by prospective students regarding the admission process, fees, scholarships, and other related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the database or CRM system.
- Follow up with potential students who have expressed interest but haven't completed the admission process.
- Collaborate with the admission counselors and other team members to ensure a seamless transition for prospective students from initial inquiry to enrolment.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on college programs, admission policies, and industry trends.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made, inquiries handled, and successful admissions facilitated.
- Uphold the college's values and reputation by providing excellent customer service and portraying a positive image of the institution at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Telugu (preferred)
