**Job Summary**:
▎**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and networking.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations over the phone, highlighting product features and benefits.
- **Objection Handling**: Address customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position products/services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

▎**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in tele sales, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
