**About the Company**

Newmi Care is an Indian startup with corporate office in Gurugram. Newmi is a Digital Health & Commerce (Femtech) company, and India's first and largest platform focused on Woman's health journey, from Puberty, Pregnancy to Menopause and Preventive ‘Her’ Cancers.

**Role Description**

Sales Associate will be part of the core Sales and Operations function at Newmi. This role will report into our Head of Sales & Operations and will be primarily responsible for one/multiple categories.

**Key areas of responsibilities include**:

- Response to leads received for Newmi offerings by our digital marketing channel, and drive conversion
- Potential customer follow-ups and build customer relationships
- Upsell and cross sell our products/packages to potential customers
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail
- Handle customer needs and requirements and respond to customer inquiries and resolve
- Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments
- Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or diploma in business, operations or equivalent
- **Knowledge of Healthcare or Women Health Preferred**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills - fluency in Hindi and English language is required
- Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Should have good internet connection and laptop to work remotely

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
