**Position **:Video Animator
- We are currently looking for animators who are well-versed in handling projects such as explainer videos, motion graphic, product videos, stock footage commercial ad, and social-media content.
- Isometric animation will be added an advantage
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing time effectively to deliver high-quality animations within the project timeline.
- Pay attention to detail, ensuring consistency in character designs, movements, and background elements throughout the animation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new animation techniques, and software updates to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Infuse creativity into animations, bringing characters, scenes, and objects to life in imaginative and visually appealing ways.
- Have strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring a cohesive workflow in the animation production process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and client specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new ideas and innovative animation concepts.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, contributing your animation skills to collaborative projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in animation technology.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in professional video animation or motion graphics
- Strong understanding of animation fundamentals, cinematic techniques, and color theory.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro, Greenedit Software.
- Knowledge in Isometric animation, vyond video animation tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong sense of composition, design and typography.
- Ability to storyboard and translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Comfortable with high-level projects.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work gracefully under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and meet deadlines.
- Agility in learning, with an openness to new ways of thinking and acquisition of new skills to retain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Level-headedness while working in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team and independently.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Forward-thinking, can-do attitude.
- We do not use Adobe Flash/ Animate primarily.

**Experience**:

- 2D animation: 3 years (required)
- Character animation: 3 years (required)
- Motion Graphics : 3 years (required)
- Adobe After Effects: 3 years (required)

**Equipment Requirements**:

- A fully functional computer or laptop that can handle working on a lot of projects

Processor - Intel Pentium 4 or Intel Centrino, Intel Xeon, or Intel Core Duo (or

compatible) processor (2GHz or faster processor)

RAM - 16GB RAM

Hard disk space - More than 512GB

Monitor resolution - 1280x1024 display

Internet - Unlimited access with minimum 40 mbps speed
- The most recent versions of Adobe CC, AI, PSD should be installed on your computer or laptop.
- A web camera for meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
