**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos for a variety of digital platforms.
- Design and produce high-quality 2D and cartoon-style animations to enhance content impact.
- Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and cross-functional teams to interpret project briefs and deliver compelling visuals.
- Integrate feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine and improve video assets.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to timelines and maintaining content quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation in video production and animation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing and animation.
- Proficiency in professional video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong command of 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, etc.).
- Solid understanding of animation principles, motion design, pacing, and sound synchronization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining strong collaboration and communication with the team.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand alignment.
- A bachelor’s degree in animation, film production, graphic design, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Should have up-to-date video editing hardware & software.
