Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI-Based Animator with a strong understanding of AI animation platforms and a creative mindset to deliver high-quality animations, video footages, and visuals based on scripts and project requirements. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in AI tools (like Runway ML, LumaLabs, Kling AI, Hailuo AI) and a keen sense of filmmaking—including camera angles, lighting, and typography—to create polished, engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create Animation & Footages: Use AI-powered animation tools to generate animations, video footages, and visual content based on the provided scripts and story requirements.
- Transform Scripts into Visuals: Translate creative concepts into stunning animations and motion graphics that align with the script’s tone, storyline, and visual direction.
- Leverage AI Tools: Proficiently use tools such as Runway ML, LumaLabs, Kling AI, Hailuo AI to create high-quality animations and videos that meet project specifications.
- Typography Integration: Design and animate text elements and typography, ensuring they complement the overall design and flow of the animation.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the scriptwriting, video editing, and design teams to ensure the animation meets creative expectations and integrates smoothly with other production elements.
- Maintain Quality: Ensure that animations are high-quality, polished, and visually engaging, and meet deadlines without compromising on creativity or technical precision.
- Stay Updated with AI Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in AI animation, and continuously improve the quality of animations by experimenting with new AI tools, techniques, and creative

approaches.
- Adapt to Project Needs: Work efficiently across different types of video content, such as promotional videos, social media content, YouTube videos, and short-form animations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience with AI Animation Tools: Strong hands-on experience with AI animation software and platforms such as Runway ML, LumaLabs, Kling AI, Hailuo AI, or similar tools for generating video

content and animations.
- Filmmaking Knowledge: A solid understanding of camera angles, lighting, and the principles of visual storytelling. Ability to compose scenes that are visually dynamic and well-lit.
- Creative Animation Skills: Expertise in creating and editing animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that are both visually captivating and contextually appropriate for the content.
- Typography & Visual Design: Strong sense of how to incorporate typography and animated text elements into the visual narrative without disrupting the overall design flow.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for integrating AI-generated animations into the final video content.
- Storytelling Acumen: Ability to understand and translate scripts into visual content that resonates with the audience. A good sense of pacing, mood, and emotional impact.
- Fast Learner: Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools and trends in the rapidly evolving field of AI-based animation.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest level of precision in animations and visual content.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with content creators, designers, and video editors.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with 3D Animation: Familiarity with 3D animation software and techniques (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-Generated Audio & Music: Familiarity with AI tools that can assist in sound design and music generation for animations (e.g., Amper Music, AIVA).
- Social Media Content Creation: Experience in creating animations specifically optimized for social media formats, including Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and YouTube shorts.
