**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- To ensure that customer needs are catered to in the Retail outlet.

- Keeping track of daily expense within own area of work, to ensure cost is kept under control

- Assisting customer in the selection and purchase of product
- Highlighting special promotions to customers
- Handling customer complaint in professional and diplomatic manner, escalating to ROI when required

**People Oriented**
- Collaborating with Helpers to meet the sales target

**Internal Business Process**
- Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy at all times
- Keeping merchandise in an orderly and neat fashion
- Checking the inventory listing with actual stock and sharing discrepancy with the ROI
