**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Advantage if from science background.
- Proficient in using office software (such as MS Office, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethics.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
