We are seeking a skilled and passionate Brioche Bun Baker to join our burger restaurant's kitchen team. As our Brioche Bun Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our burgers are served on delicious and freshly baked brioche buns, adding to the overall quality and taste of our offerings. You will be responsible for preparing and baking brioche buns according to our established recipes and standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Baking Brioche Buns: Prepare brioche bun dough, shape it into buns, and bake them to perfection in accordance with our restaurant's recipes and guidelines.

Quality Control: Ensure that all brioche buns meet our quality standards regarding taste, texture, appearance, and size.

Inventory Management: Keep track of baking ingredients and supplies, and inform the management when stocks are running low to maintain smooth production.

Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the baking equipment to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of brioche buns for burger preparation.

Creativity and Innovation: Suggest and experiment with new bun variations or toppings that can enhance the overall burger experience.

Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times to guarantee the health and safety of our customers and staff.

Time Management: Efficiently manage baking schedules to meet the restaurant's demands during busy hours.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on baking brioche buns or similar bread products is preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with baking techniques, ingredients, and various dough types is essential.

Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision and consistency.

Passion: A genuine passion for baking and a love for creating high-quality brioche buns.

Physical Endurance: The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting heavy bags of ingredients.

Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the restaurant's operating hours.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the kitchen team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education: While formal education is not mandatory, relevant baking certifications or culinary education will be considered a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
