We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our growing Pharma Solutions team as **Direct Account Sales Assistant**.
**Your Focus**
As Direct Account Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the Key Account Managers, Customer Service and Warehouse teams. You will ensure the invoices are accurate and data is managed effectively.
The role is Mumbai based and will report to Lead Account Representative.
**How You Will Contribute**
- Checking customer orders received its accuracy.
- Communication with customers on POs discrepancy and getting it rectified.
- Checking Invoices post issued from warehouse for its accuracy.
- Maintain excel track of the checked data for invoices and PO.
- Reporting discrepancy on customer invoices to CSR team.
- Co-ordination with CSR invoice discrepancy rectification.
- To ensure that closing of discrepancy of POs/invoices in defined timeline.
- To closely co-ordinate with warehouse team for invoicing and goods dispatch plan.
**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Purchase or any other relevant discipline.
- Atleast 4-5 years of experience in Order management / Operational excellence.
- Good Knowledge in order management process.
- Experience working with SAP (must have).
- Data reporting accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Disciplined in completing the work within given time frame.
