**Job Title**: Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per company policies.

Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring accurate records.

Negotiate payment terms and contracts with vendors to optimize costs.

Handle vendor queries and resolve disputes related to payments or service delivery.

Ensure that payments are made on time and in compliance with agreed-upon terms.

Verify that invoices match corresponding POs.

Obtaining and reconciling vendor billing statements.

Work closely with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for payments.

Resolving outstanding vendor invoice issues and vendor reconciliation on periodical basis.

Preparing the period end schedule with the Controllers. Co-ordinating for the audits - Internal, Statutory & Sox.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2-3years of experience in vendor management, accounts payable, or finance-related roles. Strong understanding of invoicing, taxation, and reconciliation processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skill Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
