**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, monitoring accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Process invoices received from vendors and suppliers accurately and efficiently.

Verify invoice accuracy, including matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.

Code invoices with appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centres.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues or disputes.

Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Purchasing and Accounting, to ensure smooth workflow and accurate financial reporting.

Assist with audits by providing documentation and supporting information as needed.

Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices related to accounts payable processes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in accounts or related financial role.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
