The IT Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of internal systems, and supporting various departments with technology solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- **System Analysis and Maintenance**:
- Analyze the hospital's existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance the functionality of the hospital's HRMS, ERP, and other software systems.
- **Programming and Development**:
- Develop and implement custom programs to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- **Troubleshooting and Technical Support**:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all hospital departments.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving IT-related incidents and ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
- Ensure accurate data collection, integration, and reporting across hospital systems.
- Develop and generate regular MIS reports for departmental and management use.
- **Network and Security Management**:
- Monitor and maintain the hospital's network infrastructure, ensuring secure and uninterrupted operations.
- Implement and manage data security protocols to protect sensitive patient and hospital information.
- **HRMS Administration**:
- Oversee the functionality of the hospital's Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Train HR and other departments in using HRMS features effectively.
- **Coordination with Vendors and External Support**:
- Liaise with software and hardware vendors for procurement, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors are adhered to.
- **System Documentation and SOPs**:
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and system logs.
- Document changes, updates, and troubleshooting solutions for future reference.
- **IT Training and User Support**:
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on software and IT systems usage.
- Educate staff on best practices for data security and IT compliance.
- **Project Management**:
- Lead IT projects, such as system upgrades, new software implementation, and infrastructure enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ERP, and healthcare software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of network protocols and data security measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
