Real Estate Sales Representative

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Customer Interaction**:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs.
- Provide detailed information about apartments and villa projects, including pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits for prospective buyers and ensure a memorable and informative experience.
- Maintain a professional and patient approach to address customer queries and build lasting impressions.
- **Market Research and Pricing**:
- Conduct online research to analyze land and flat pricing trends in Hyderabad.
- Collaborate with the management to identify competitive pricing strategies.
- **Land Acquisition and Channel Partner Management**:
- Assist in identifying and negotiating land deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with local channel partners and brokers to drive sales.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential sellers.
- **Coordination with Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to gather leads from the CRM system and follow up efficiently.
- Liaise with the engineering team to provide customers with project progress updates.
- **Banking and Loan Processes**:
- Act as a liaison between customers and banks for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for customer loans.
- **CRM and Reporting**:
- Maintain and update customer interaction details in the CRM system.
- Track and report customer inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Maintain site visit checklists, SOPs, and other necessary documents.
- **Performance and Accountability**:
- Work independently without the need for daily follow-ups.
- Take full accountability for assigned tasks and deliver consistent results.
- **Negotiation and Communication**:
- Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Communicate project details and respond to customer queries professionally.
- **Gender**: Male preferred.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in real estate.
- **Skills**: CRM experience, negotiation skills, online research proficiency, and excellent communication.
- **Personal Traits**: Responsible, accountable, self-motivated, and customer-centric.
- **Geography Knowledge**: Familiarity with Hyderabad’s real estate market and localities is a must.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
