Requirement: Real Estate Channel Partner with a Sales Team

**Position**: Real Estate Channel Partner (with **10 active sales agents/partners**)
**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana

**Overview**:
My Elegant Group is seeking **Real Estate Agencies** with a minimum of **10 active sales agents** to join us as Channel Partners. This collaboration is aimed at promoting and selling DTCP-approved plots, villa plots, and farmlands.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Team Strength**: The agency must have a minimum of 10 active sales agents.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in real estate, specifically in selling plots, land, or villas, is highly preferred.
- **Commitment to Sales**: A strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Hyderabad or Bengaluru and surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with My Elegant Group to promote DTCP-approved plots and properties.
- Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update the CRM with client interactions and progress reports.
