**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele caller to join our real estate team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with property inquiries, and scheduling site visits.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property details.

Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with interested clients.

Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system.

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

Work towards achieving monthly call and sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in tele calling, preferably in real estate.

Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

**Salary**: Competitive with attractive incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
