*Job Overview:*

As a Telesales Executive in the real estate industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating leads through phone-based interactions. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for property viewings or consultations. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value of our real estate services and convert inquiries into successful sales.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Lead Generation:*
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists or databases.
- Identify potential leads and gather relevant information to qualify them.

2. *Client Engagement:*
- Engage with clients over the phone to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Present and explain property options, services, and promotional offers.

3. *Appointment Setting:*
- Schedule property viewings, consultations, or meetings between clients and real estate agents.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.

4. *Sales and Follow-Up:*
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with clients after initial contact to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.

5. *Record Keeping:*
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Track progress and report on sales performance and lead status.

6. *Market Knowledge:*
- Stay informed about the latest real estate trends, property values, and market conditions.
- Provide clients with relevant information and insights about the real estate market.

7. *Team Collaboration:*
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

*Qualifications:*
- *Experience:* Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- *Skills:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
- *Knowledge:* Understanding of real estate market dynamics and property types is a plus.
- *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- *Attributes:* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
