**About the position**

Location: Bengaluru, India

Hybrid

As **Senior Financial Controller Europe **you are a member of the European Financial Controlling team. You work from our office in Bangalore and you directly report to the Regional Financial Controller for Eastern Europe as part of our virtual team set-up across different locations.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- **Strong Communication & Business Partnering**: Excellent ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders such as Regional Financial Controllers, Global Controlling Teams, and Auditors, building trust and collaboration across virtual teams.
- **Passion, Performance, & Growth Mindset**: A proactive, hands-on approach with a growth mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements and influence positive change.
- **Technical Expertise & International Exposure**: Over 10 years of experience in financial controlling, with solid knowledge of IFRS, SAP (S4Hana), and external audit practices. Experience with Slovak/Czech accounting standards is highly desirable.
- **Leadership & Accountability**: Lead financial control activities, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of accountability. Drive key initiatives like month-end processes, cash flow forecasting, and statutory reporting while making a significant impact within a fast-paced environment.
