**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends for strategic decision-making.
- **Accounting & Reporting**:

- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and internal financial policies.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, audit requirements, and corporate governance.
- Implement internal controls to minimize financial risks.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
- Develop strategies for efficient use of resources.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor finance and accounting teams.
- Promote professional development and high performance within the team.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Provide insights to the senior leadership team for strategic planning.
- Liaise with auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record as a Finance Controller or similar role.
- Extensive experience in financial management, planning, and analysis.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), Internal Audit.
- Proficient in financial software and Oracle Software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **Other**:

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
